Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Due to the high volume of orders please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. If you require your order sooner, please select expedited shipping. Expedited orders process and ship within 3 business days. Overnight orders process within 1 business day. All Imported items will require 8-10 days for processing before the item is ready to be shipped. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notification of your tracking number. Please know that it sometimes takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the post office.  

After the order has been processed and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number which will enable you to follow up on your package.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Bea Chic Boutique is not liable for shipping companies delay, any misrouted or lost packages.  All claims are filed through USPS directly.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE 

In situations where you would like your address to be changed, please contact us via email or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with the new shipping address or befitting address. 

Please bear in mind that once the order has been shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.

Please note that we do not apply discount code after an order has been placed and we do not issue refunds. However, in the case where B Chic Boutique is to issue a refund for discount, our department will have sole discretion and final decisions on the amount to be refunded.
